Getting Started

Do I need an account to use Shark Learning?

No account is needed to browse and preview worksheets. You can download up to 5 worksheets without signing up. Create a free account to get 10 downloads per month and unlimited interactive practice.

How do I find worksheets for a specific grade and topic?

Use the top navigation to pick a subject (Math, Reading, etc.), then filter by grade. You can also browse by topic — for example, Math → Addition → Grade 2.

What grades does Shark Learning cover?

We cover Kindergarten through Grade 6 across Math, Reading & Writing, Science, Social Studies, Spelling, and Activities & Puzzles.

Downloads & PDFs

How many worksheets can I download for free?

Without an account: 5 worksheets total. With a free account: 10 per month. With Shark Pro: unlimited.

How do I check the answers to a printed worksheet?

Every worksheet has a QR code in the corner. Scan it with your phone to open the answer-checking page — no account required.

Can I print worksheets directly from the browser?

Yes — each worksheet has a Download PDF button. Open the PDF and print from your browser or any PDF viewer.

Accounts & Billing

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your account settings and click "Manage Subscription". You can cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, email us at [email protected] and we'll refund you in full.

What currencies do you accept?

We charge in US dollars (USD). Your card will be charged in USD.

AI & Advanced Features

What is AI worksheet generation?

Shark Pro members can describe a custom worksheet — for example, "10 double-digit addition problems for Grade 2, medium difficulty" — and our AI will generate it instantly as a printable PDF.

What is the test builder?

The test builder lets you combine worksheets from different topics into a custom test or quiz. Great for end-of-unit assessments. Available to Shark Pro members.

What is interactive practice?

Many worksheets have an online practice version where students answer questions directly on screen and get instant feedback. Free for all registered users.

Account & Profile

How do I change my password?

Go to your account settings and select "Change Password". If you signed up with Google, you manage your password through your Google account.

How do I delete my account?

Email us at [email protected] with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll remove all your data within 5 business days.
